By engaging Padel Court Builders of Dallas for padel court construction, resurfacing, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All services are subject to a signed contract that specifies the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Padel Court Builders of Dallas are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final project costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and changes to the scope of work requested by the client.

A detailed site assessment is required before final pricing can be determined. Any conditions discovered during construction that were not apparent during initial assessment may result in additional charges, which will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual contract. Typically, we require:

• A deposit upon contract signing to secure project scheduling
• Progress payments at specified milestones during construction
• Final payment upon project completion and client approval

All payments are due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur service charges and delay project completion.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines provided are estimates based on normal working conditions. Padel Court Builders of Dallasis not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions including rain, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures
• Permit approval delays from local authorities
• Changes requested by the client after project commencement
• Site access restrictions or HOA approval delays
• Unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the construction site
• Obtain necessary permits and HOA approvals before work begins
• Mark underground utilities and irrigation systems
• Remove or protect any valuable plants, furniture, or structures near the work area
• Communicate any changes to the project scope in writing

6. Workmanship Standards

Padel Court Builders of Dallas performs all work according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications for padel court construction. Specific warranty terms and workmanship guarantees are detailed in each project contract.

7. Limitations

Padel Court Builders of Dallas maintains appropriate coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to underground utilities not properly marked by the client
• Personal injury occurring on the construction site due to unauthorized access
• Damage to existing structures outside the contracted work area
• Consequential damages or lost profits

8. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your project:

• Cancellations within 48 hours of signing: Full deposit refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations before work begins: Deposit retained to cover planning and material procurement
• Cancellations after work begins: Charges based on work completed plus restocking fees

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with Texas law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any contracts entered into with Padel Court Builders of Dallasare governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
